Every year in January, the Pustevny Mountains light up with the glitter of ice and under the hands of experienced sculptors incredible works of art are created that attract visitors from all corners of our country. The exhibition of ice and snow sculptures has a long tradition in Pustevny.

It is already a tradition that on May 1st the Lachian King’s retinue goes on a hike from the cable car at Ráztoka to the Radegast statue for the Lachian-Wallachian meeting. It is organized by the Lachian Kingdom in cooperation with the Tourist Information Centre.

On Sunday, August 10, the 14th edition will take place.
Every year, Vítkovice players and fans head to Pustevny together. The goal of the hike is the Upper Station of the Pustevny cable car and its brand-new, modern restaurant, where an autograph session will also take place from 11:00 a.m.

7th Annual Charity Open-Air Sand Sculpture Exhibition

Pískosvět was born out of the enthusiasm of two people who wanted to create something extraordinary in Pustevny—a project that would entertain visitors, connect art with nature, and at the same time draw attention to important contemporary issues.
Once again this summer, open-air sand sculptures have been created in Pustevny. Each year’s exhibition has its own unique theme, and this year we invite you to explore the endangered world of birds—specifically, species listed on the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List.
This year marks the seventh edition of the exhibition, and we are delighted that it has become a traditional and popular event in Pustevny, attracting visitors year after year.
