Pustevny, s.r.o., based on Act No. 266/1994 Coll. on Railways, as amended, and according to Regulation No. 175/2000 Coll. on Transport Regulations, issues:

CONTRACTUAL TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

for public rail passenger transport on the cable car operated by Pustevny, s.r.o., Trojanovice 477, ID No. 27775658.

1) The contractual transport conditions apply to the regular transport of passengers, luggage, and live animals on the cable car operated by Pustevny, s.r.o., and establish the terms for this transport.

2) An authorized person of the carrier in uniform is entitled to check tickets, give instructions and orders to passengers to ensure their safety and to ensure the safety and smoothness of transportation.

3) By purchasing a ticket from Pustevny, s.r.o., passengers confirm that they are familiar with the Terms of Carriage, the Timetable, and the Price List, and they agree to comply with them.

4) The exclusive and sole authorized seller of tickets is only Pustevny, s.r.o. and its authorized representatives.

5) Passengers are required to go through the ticket validation system before boarding the seat, which will check and record the ticket.

6) Passengers are required to carry a valid ticket at all times during the fulfillment of the transport contract, which they must present during ticket inspections.

7) The ticket is non-transferable and must be presented to the inspection authority of Pustevny, s.r.o. upon request.

8) In the event of a lost ticket, no refund of the fare will be provided.

9) The timetables, price lists, and contractual transport conditions are displayed at the sales points.

10) Passengers may only board and alight from the seat at the designated locations at the boarding and alighting stations of the cable car.

11) Passengers are required to immediately lower the safety barrier of the seat after boarding.

12) Passengers may only open the safety barrier when disembarking at the cable car station, according to the instructions on the information board located before the station.

13) Passengers are prohibited from swinging, leaning out of the seat, throwing any objects, or smoking while riding on the chair.

14) Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are excluded from transportation.

15) It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to open the seat barrier during the ride!

16) Passengers are required to exercise caution appropriate to the type of transport facility and the nature of its operation, and to follow the instructions given by authorized personnel in the interest of transportation safety.

17) Any injury sustained during transport on the cable car must be reported immediately to the cable car staff by the passenger.

18) If the chairlift stops between stations, passengers must wait for the continuation of the ride or for instructions from authorized personnel of Pustevny, s.r.o.

Children under 6 years old can only be transported with the accompaniment of a person over 10 years old. Children shorter than 1.25m may only be transported with an accompanying adult. The accompanying person must be able to provide the necessary assistance to the children being transported with them. Group transportation of children may be subject to special provisions.

19) Passengers may take their bicycles with them. When transporting a bicycle, the passenger is required to hand the bicycle to the cable car staff for placement on the seat and to retrieve it after disembarking.

20) The authorized personnel of the carrier is entitled to refuse the transportation of a stroller or bicycle if it cannot be placed on the seat.

22) Transportation of persons with limited mobility and orientation is possible under the following conditions:
a) The transportation of persons with limited mobility and orientation is allowed if the individual is able to board and disembark from the cable car stations independently or with the assistance of at least one person over the age of 18.
b) The accompanying person must inform the cable car staff of the transportation request before boarding the seat and must follow the staff’s instructions, who will notify the opposite station regarding the seat occupied by the passengers and coordinate their disembarkation.

The transport of a wheelchair is only permitted if it can be placed on the seat and is done in agreement with the cable car staff.

23) The transport of animals is limited to those that are accompanied by the passenger on the seat. The passenger is responsible for their boarding and alighting, as well as their safety. The animal must not endanger other passengers or authorized personnel of the transport service, nor should it be a nuisance to other passengers. Dogs must be muzzled and on a leash.

24) The operator reserves the right to close the cable car in case of malfunctions, excessive wind speeds, thunderstorms, adverse weather conditions, power outages, etc. In these cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
