The times listed in the timetable are valid for both the lower cable car station Ráztoka and the upper cable car station Pustevny:

Ticket Purchase via E-shop
Purchased tickets and scooter rentals are open-dated, meaning they are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. During this period, they can be used at any time during the operating hours of the cable car and scooter rental. Please note that Kostka scooters can only be rented by (or for) children aged 10 and older, and always together with an adult scooter rental. A children’s scooter cannot be rented on its own. A ticket purchased on-site is valid only on the day of purchase.

Payment Terms
- Cash in CZK, payment card, online e-shop payment, cashless payment terminal (at the lower cable car station)
- Ticket offices are located at the upper and lower stations of the cable car
- Sale of chip cards only at the lower station of the cableway
- No vouchers (Flexi Pass, Benefit, etc.) are valid on the cable car.
- The guide of a person who has ZTP/P pays the same fare as the person with ZTP/P.
Transport conditions
- Each passenger must have a valid ticket (except for children under 4.99 years of age), tickets are valid on the day of sale.
- Chip cards are valid for 12 months from the date of sale.
- When purchasing child and senior tickets, it is necessary to prove the age of the person for whom the ticket is intended.
- The dog must be muzzled and leashed in the ropeway premises and at all times during transport (except when transported in luggage or a transport box).
- Guides of tours and organised groups (including school groups) are entitled to free transport after purchasing a minimum of 15 tickets.
- Groups (school and organized) – the condition is the collective payment of the fare, transport of whole groups only.
- The price includes 12% VAT.
- The complete operating conditions for transport on the cable car are governed by the Contractual Transport Terms and the General Terms and Conditions issued by the operator.
